Terms of Service

1. Account

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal content, harassment, spam, or to infringe on third-party rights.

We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Unused credits roll over once. Credit packs do not expire.

4. Content ownership

You own everything you create. We do not train third-party models on your content.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for delivering the service.

5. AI-generated content

Text, images and other output are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI output before you publish or rely on it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content, and you use it at your own risk.

6. Third-party social platforms

Scheduling and publishing features connect to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including content removal, rate limiting, or the suspension or termination of your accounts that may arise from your use of our scheduling or publishing features.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms or remain inactive for over 12 months.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
