How do AI credits work?
Every AI action — generating a caption, enhancing an image, drafting a strategy — uses a small number of credits. Text actions are usually 1–3 credits; image generation costs 8–20. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month, but you can top up anytime.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing dashboard. Changes apply at the next renewal — we never charge cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial?
Pro comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Starter is yours to try free with limited credits. Business plans get a guided onboarding call.
Do you offer refunds?
If something doesn't work out in the first 14 days, email support@brandly.ai and we'll refund your subscription, no questions asked.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit in Europe, and PIX/Boleto in Brazil. Business plans also support wire/ACH invoicing.
How does the partner discount work?
If you contribute as a reviewer in the partner network, you earn revenue share that's automatically credited toward your subscription each month. Earn enough and your plan is free.
