Overview
Brandsscanner AI is a content workspace for small and medium businesses. You describe your brand once — what you sell, who you sell to, how you like to sound — and the platform helps you draft social posts, generate product-style images, and schedule everything from one dashboard. The whole product runs in your browser; there is nothing to install.
1. Set up your brand
Create a brand profile — or paste your website URL and let the AI pre-fill it for you.
2. Create content
Chat with the Content Studio to draft captions, then add or generate an image to match.
3. Schedule & publish
Queue posts on a calendar, get best-time suggestions, and publish to connected accounts.
Getting started
- Create an account at /auth/sign-up with your email and a password, or sign in with Google. If email delivery is enabled on your workspace you'll get a verification link; otherwise your account is activated immediately.
- Create your first brand under Dashboard → Brands → New brand. You'll be asked for a name, an industry, a short description, and your audience. The more you fill in here, the more specific every AI output becomes.
- Or let AI suggest it from your website. Enter your website URL on the new-brand form and click Suggest with AI. The platform reads your homepage and proposes a brand name, description, industry, logo, and languages. It only fills fields you left empty — anything you typed yourself is kept.
- Draft your first post in the Content Studio: pick your brand, tell the AI what you want ("a friendly post announcing our weekend discount"), and edit the result until it sounds like you.
- Save or schedule. Save the post as a draft to finish later, or send it to the Scheduler with a date and time.
Brands & industries
Everything in Brandsscanner AI starts from a brand profile: name, industry, description, audience, colors, logo, and languages. The AI reads this profile on every request, so a well-filled profile is the single biggest lever for output quality.
- 14 industries with tailored prompts. Restaurants, cafés, retail, beauty, fitness, real estate, automotive, hotels & travel, software, healthcare, education and more — each industry has its own prompt style, content angles, and posting-time model, so a bakery and a law office get genuinely different suggestions.
- Brand analysis. For an existing website, the platform can crawl your site and produce a brand analysis (voice, colors, positioning) that feeds back into content generation.
- Multiple brands. You can manage more than one brand from the same account, each with its own content, images, and schedule. How many depends on your plan.
Content Studio
The Studio (Dashboard → Content → Studio) is a chat-style editor. You talk to the AI on the left; your post takes shape on the right. A typical flow:
- Chat to draft. Ask in plain language — "write a post about our new menu", "make it shorter", "add three hashtags". The AI answers with the brand voice from your profile, and your conversations are saved so you can pick them up later.
- Edit the text yourself. The caption is a normal text box — you always have the final word, and editing your own text costs nothing.
- Add an image. Upload your own photo, pick one from your Library, or generate a new one from a prompt without leaving the Studio. Generated images can be refined (text overlay, watermark, AI edits) before you attach them.
- Preview per platform. Switch the preview between Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn to see how the post will look on each.
- Save or schedule. Save the post as a draft, mark it ready, or schedule it straight to the publishing queue.
Note: the Studio needs an AI provider configured on your workspace. If none is active yet, it responds with sample content so you can still explore the interface.
Images & Library
Image generation works as a queue: you submit a prompt, the job is placed in line, and a dedicated image engine renders it — usually within a minute when the service is online. Finished images land in your Library (Dashboard → Library), from where you can attach them to posts, download them, or keep refining.
- Generate — describe the image you want ("fresh croissants on a rustic wooden table, morning light"). Brand colors and industry context are taken into account.
- Refine — add text overlays or a watermark, or describe an edit in words ("make the background warmer") and let the AI redo the image.
- Upscale — re-render an image at higher resolution for print or high-quality use.
- Photo enhance — turn an amateur phone photo of your product into a studio-style shot.
Because rendering runs on a separate generation service, image jobs depend on that service being online. If it's temporarily offline, your job simply waits in the queue and renders when the service is back — see the FAQ below if a job seems stuck.
Scheduling & publishing
The Scheduler (Dashboard → Schedule) is where drafts become a posting plan. You can compose posts directly, review the queue, and manage connected social accounts.
- Queue. Scheduled posts wait in the queue with their date, time, and target platform. The publisher checks the queue about once a minute, so posts go out on time.
- Best-time suggestions. Ask "when should I post?" and the platform suggests time slots based on your industry's engagement patterns.
- Direct publishing. Instagram and Facebook can publish automatically once you connect the account (a business account linked through Meta). Until an account is connected, scheduled items stay in the queue for you to post manually.
- Other platforms. TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and Pinterest require developer-platform approval on each network before direct publishing can be switched on. You can still draft, preview, and schedule content for them today.
Credits & plans
AI actions run on credits. A credit is a small unit of AI work — writing text is cheap, rendering images costs more because it uses real GPU time. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and the exact price of an action is always shown on the button before you click it.
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| Hashtag suggestions | 1 |
| Best-time-to-post suggestion | 1 |
| Caption variation (one rewrite) | 2 |
| Image refine (text / watermark pass) | 2 |
| Image upscale | 8–18 |
| Image generation (one image) | 10–20 |
| AI image edit from a prompt | 22 |
| Photo enhance (studio reshoot) | 25–40 |
| Brand analysis (website crawl + report) | 50 |
| Monthly content plan (~28 items) | 200 |
Ranged prices depend on which image engine handles the job (our own GPU engine vs. a cloud engine). Chat drafting in the Studio and editing text yourself don't consume image credits.
Plans: Starter includes 200 credits per month, Pro 1,000, and Business 5,000. Content you mark as public (shareable in the showcase) costs roughly half, which effectively doubles your allowance. One-time credit packs (500 / 2,000 / 10,000) are available as top-ups. Billing runs through Stripe once live billing is enabled on the workspace; see /pricing for current prices, and your balance anytime under Dashboard → Billing.
Languages
The entire interface is available in 11 languages: English, Türkçe, Português (PT), Português (BR), Español, Deutsch, Français, العربية, Italiano, 日本語, and 中文 (简体).
- Switch languages with the globe icon in the top bar — your choice is remembered across visits.
- Public pages also accept a
?lang=URL parameter (for example/pricing?lang=tr), handy for sharing links in a specific language. - Content generation is not limited to the interface language — ask the Studio to write in whatever language your audience speaks.
Your data & privacy
- Your workspace is yours alone. Every account is isolated: your brands, content, images, schedules, and analytics are visible only to you. Other users cannot see or access your data.
- All traffic is served over HTTPS, and passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes — never in plain text.
- You can change your password anytime under Dashboard → Settings → Security, and reset it from the sign-in page if you forget it.
- Encrypted off-site backups run nightly, so your content survives hardware failures.
- We do not sell your data or use your content to train third-party models.

FAQ & troubleshooting
My image has been “generating” for a long time. Is it stuck?
Images render on a separate generation service. If that service is temporarily offline, jobs wait in the queue and render as soon as it comes back — nothing is lost. Jobs that can't complete are eventually marked as failed; if you were charged for a generation that never arrived, contact support and we'll restore the credits.
Why does the AI output feel generic?
The AI can only be as specific as your brand profile. Open your brand, pick the right industry, and fill in the description and audience fields — even two extra sentences about what makes you different noticeably sharpens every caption and image.
How do I change my password?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security, enter your current password and the new one. If you're locked out, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page to get a reset link.
Can I edit the AI's text before posting?
Always. The caption field is a normal editor — the AI drafts, you decide. Typing your own edits is free; only asking the AI to regenerate costs credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
AI actions pause, but everything you already created stays available — drafts, images, and scheduled posts are untouched. Top up with a credit pack, upgrade your plan, or wait for the next monthly allowance.
Which platforms can publish automatically?
Instagram and Facebook, once you connect a business account through Meta. Other networks (TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest) require per-platform developer approval before direct publishing can be enabled — until then, scheduled posts for them serve as your posting plan.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Brandsscanner AI runs entirely in the browser on desktop, tablet, and phone.
