How Brandly AI works

Overview

Brandly AI is a content engine for small and medium businesses. Tell it about your brand once — voice, audience, products — and it generates a full monthly content plan: social posts, ads, blog drafts, product imagery, and a posting schedule. Everything stays in five languages (EN, ES, PT-BR, PT-PT, TR) and every output is editable.

Getting started

1. Create an account at /auth/sign-up (email + password or Google).
2. Add your brand. The onboarding wizard asks for your website, logo, primary product, target audience, and the voice you want (friendly, premium, technical, etc.). The Brand Analyzer fills in defaults from your site automatically.
3. Set a goal — pick from a preset (e.g. "Black Friday push", "Local SEO for clinic", "TikTok awareness") or write a free-form objective.
4. Generate your first batch. The Content Studio produces 30 days of platform-tailored posts. Each costs 1–5 credits depending on length and whether images are included.
5. Approve & queue. Items move into the Scheduler where you can drag-reorder, set times, or let the "best time to post" AI choose.

Brand Analyzer

Paste a URL and the analyzer returns four things:

• Brand score — composite 0–100 across consistency, clarity, differentiation, mobile UX.
• Voice profile — tone descriptors, vocabulary, sentence rhythm — reused by the Content Studio.
• Audience map — demographic and intent buckets inferred from on-site copy and traffic.
• Competitor lens — three closest competitors with a side-by-side scorecard.

You can run the analyzer as often as you want; recent runs are cached for 24h to save credits.

Content Studio

The Studio is a chat-style editor. Each thread is one piece of content (a post, an ad, a blog draft). You can:

• Ask in natural language — "make it punchier", "translate to Turkish", "add 3 hashtags about sustainability".
• Pin sections (lock the hook, regenerate just the CTA).
• Switch language with one toggle; the brand voice carries over.
• Export as plain text, Markdown, scheduled post, or send to the Scheduler.

Cost: 1 credit per text edit, 3 credits for a full post, 5 credits for a blog article (~600 words).

Image Library

Upload your product photos. Studio enhancement makes them e-commerce ready:

• Background remove → transparent PNG.
• Background recolor or replace (preset scenes: white studio, beach, café, etc.).
• Upscale 2× / 4× without artifacts.
• Generate brand-aligned visuals from a prompt ("a flat lay of our serum on terracotta").

All assets live in your Library with version history; deleted images are recoverable for 30 days.

Scheduler

Connect one or more channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads). The Scheduler queues your approved content, suggests times, and posts via the official APIs.

• Best-time AI — looks at when your audience actually engaged in the last 30 days and proposes 3 slots per day.
• Queue rules — "always post product photos at 11am", "Sundays = community-only".
• Failover — if a platform rejects (rate limit, expired token), the item is paused with a clear reason, not silently dropped.

Partner network

Independent marketers and content creators can join as Partners:

• Review and score AI-generated content for quality, earning a per-score credit fee.
• Pick up brand engagements from the marketplace — fixed-scope tasks at fixed prices.
• Build a public profile with verified results; top-scored partners surface to higher-tier customers first.

Credits & billing

Brandly AI runs on a credit system. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up with one-off credit packs at any time.

Unused monthly credits roll over once (max one extra month). Credit-pack credits never expire. All billing happens through Stripe; cancel any time from the member dashboard.

Integrations

Every integration in Brandly AI ships with a safe in-memory mock so the product works on day one. Drop in the relevant env vars to switch each one to live mode — no code changes needed.

Security & data

• All traffic is HTTPS only (HSTS preload, TLS 1.2 / 1.3).
• Passwords are bcrypt-hashed; 2FA is available from the account settings.
• Brand content, uploaded images, and generated outputs are stored encrypted at rest in S3.
• GDPR and LGPD: export and delete your data on demand from Dashboard → Account → Privacy.
• We do not train third-party models on your data.
• The admin audit log records every state change with user, IP, and timestamp.
