We collect the minimum data needed to operate Brandly AI and never sell personal information. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect
Account info (email, name, billing address).
Brand and content data you provide for analysis or scheduling.
Usage analytics (page views, feature usage) — aggregated, no third-party trackers.
How we use it
To provide the service and improve it.
To send transactional email (account, billing, security).
To prevent fraud and abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors strictly needed to run the service (Stripe for billing, AWS for storage, Resend for transactional email). All are bound by data-processing agreements.
We never sell personal information.
Your rights (GDPR / LGPD / CCPA)
Export, correct, or delete your data on demand from Dashboard → Account → Privacy.
Email privacy@brandsscanner.com for any request that the dashboard cannot fulfill.
Retention
Account data: kept while the account is active, deleted within 30 days of closure.
Generated content and uploads: kept while the account is active or until you delete them.
Security
TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest. Passwords hashed with bcrypt. Optional 2FA available.
