Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data needed to operate Brandsscanner AI and never sell personal information. This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect
Account info (email, name, billing address).
Brand and content data you provide for analysis or scheduling.
Usage analytics (page views, feature usage) — aggregated, no third-party trackers.
How we use it
To provide the service and improve it.
To send transactional email (account, billing, security).
To prevent fraud and abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors strictly needed to run the service (Stripe for billing and Resend for transactional email). All are bound by data-processing agreements.
Your content and uploads are stored on our own servers, not with a third-party storage provider.
We never sell personal information.
Your rights (GDPR / LGPD / CCPA)
Export, correct, or delete your data on demand from Dashboard → Account → Privacy.
Email legal@brandsscanner.ai for any request that the dashboard cannot fulfill.
Retention
Account data: kept while the account is active, deleted within 30 days of closure.
Generated content and uploads: kept while the account is active or until you delete them.
Security
Data is stored on secured servers with access controls and is encrypted in transit using TLS. Account passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
Two-factor authentication is planned but not yet available.
